TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms cover your use of gentlywear.com and any purchase you
make from Gently. By placing an order you accept them.
WHO CAN ORDER
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Gently makes garments for
children, but the customer is always an adult. By ordering you
confirm you are the parent or guardian of the child the item is for,
or are purchasing with their parent or guardian's knowledge.
PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can.
Colours can vary between screens and devices, so the shade you see
may differ slightly from the item you receive.
Size charts are a guide based on measurements, not a guarantee.
Bodies vary. If the fit is wrong, see our refund policy — exchanges
are free.
PRICING
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price
that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you
place it.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed
at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund
you in full rather than fulfil it.
ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your
shipping confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if
we suspect fraud, can't verify the delivery address, or the item is
unavailable. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are
responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us straight away
if you think someone else has access.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Please don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with
its operation, or to attempt to access areas you're not authorised to
reach.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Gently name, logo, product photography, illustrations and site
copy belong to Gently. Please don't reproduce, resell or use them
commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to share
our images on social media with credit.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't
responsible for their content or their policies.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim
connected to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you
paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by
law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the
time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues
to apply.
