Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of gentlywear.com and any purchase you make here. Ordering means you accept them.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. Gently makes garments for children, but the customer is always an adult.

Products and sizing

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary slightly between screens. Size charts are a guide based on measurements — bodies vary, and if the fit is wrong we'll exchange it under our Returns policy.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an obviously wrong price, refunding you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify the delivery address. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under it.

Intellectual property

The Gently name, logo, photography and site copy belong to us. Please don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
