Shipping

Every Gently order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no threshold to hit.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–2 business days after you order.
• Delivery: 7–14 business days after it ships.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our facility. If it hasn't arrived by day 20, email us and we'll either resend it or refund you — your choice, no argument.

Discreet packaging

Everything ships in a plain mailer. Nothing on the outside says what's inside, and the label doesn't mention bras or underwear. If your daughter brings the mail in, she won't learn anything from the package.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want one, email us — we're working on it and we'll tell you honestly when we can get there.

Wrong address?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. After that we may not be able to catch it, though we'll try.
