SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY US ORDER
No minimum spend and no threshold to reach. Shipping is free on every
order, every time.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes
7–14 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders
placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order
leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating
after you receive it — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is
wrong.
IF IT HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping,
email info@gentlywear.com. We will resend it or refund you in full —
your choice, no argument, and no need to prove anything.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Everything ships in a plain mailer. Nothing on the outside says what
is inside, and the label doesn't mention bras or underwear. If your
daughter brings the post in, she won't learn anything from the
package.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only, including PO boxes
and APO/FPO addresses. If you're outside the US and would like one,
email us — we're working on it and we'll tell you honestly when we
can get there.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email
info@gentlywear.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it
before it ships. After that we may not be able to catch it, though we
will always try.
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect
address can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address. We
don't charge for the reshipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the parcel, check with
anyone else at the address and your immediate neighbours first, then
email us. We'll work it out with you — we won't simply point at the
tracking and leave you with nothing.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with several items normally ship together in one parcel. If
anything is delayed we'll split the shipment at no extra cost to you
and send the rest immediately.
